Q: What happens if I can't make my reserved appointment?

We understand things do come up and rescheduling your reserved time may be necessary. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible to allow us time to contact another patient who is waiting to receive the dental care they desire. To best serve our staff and our patients, it is necessary for us to charge a $35 no show or late cancellation fee.

Multiple No Shows or late cancellations will result in being dismissed from the practice. This is not intended to be "mean" but to help us keep our costs as low as possible for our patients.
